Scrolls and Table Runners
Each Zo & Jordan scroll is made with Luxkraft paper, a sustainably sourced, high quality pulp product made of recycled material. It comes with a scroll kit, which includes 8 specmagnets (twice the recommended amount for enhanced prevention against wear and tear), rope and assembly instructions. Please keep specmagnets away from children, people with pacemakers, GPS devices, smartphones, and other magnetic media.
Kraft paper scrolls and table runners may vary slightly in shade between lots due to the nature of pulp available for conversion into Luxkraft paper.
Lead Time
Zo & Jordan – made products (scrolls, table runners, labels, prints) ship within 2-10 business days for non-wholesale orders unless otherwise noted on either the listing or from direct communication with a Zo & Jordan representative.
All other products ship within 2-5 business days unless the order is combined with a Zo & Jordan-made item, in which case it may extend to the same shipping timeline as said item.
Returns – Prints and Kraft Paper Products
We typically do not accept returns or exchanges, so please read product descriptions to acquaint yourself with dimensions.
For Damaged Product – You may file a claim with USPS if the product you received is damaged. Please be ready to provide photos of the damage, preferably including packaging.
International Shipments
Zo & Jordan ships internationally but is not responsible for shipping, customs or brokerage fees.
